Dr. Jason Cheung is a New York State licensed optometrist who excels at providing primary eye care, diagnosing and treating various ocular conditions and diseases, and fitting contact lenses. Dr. Cheung is certified in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular diseases, including dry eye syndrome, blepharitis, ocular herpes, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. 

Dr. Cheung received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Boston University, and his Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. His externship training was completed at St. Albans VA Hospital, Omni Eye Services, and Katzen Eye Group, where his focuses were on Primary Care and Ocular Disease. He also worked along side a renowned ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and laser vision correction surgery.

Dr. Meghan Riegel is a graduate of the SUNY College of Optometry in New York City. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, with a minor in Biology, from The Pennsylvania State University. She prides herself on practicing full scope primary care optometry including prescribing glasses and contacts lenses, treating ocular diseases, and providing pre- and post-operative eye care for patients undergoing LASIK or cataract surgeries. 

Dr. Riegel's unique background in fitting specialty contact lenses allows her to treat patients with irregular corneas including keratoconus, post-refractive surgery corneal ectasia, and post-corneal transplants. She also maintains current knowledge on the new technologies available for myopia control (slowing the progression of near-sightedness) in young patients. She is passionate about sharing this information with her patients, and providing treatment options when indicated.

Dr. Riegel is an active member of the American Optometric Association, The American Optometric Association Political Action Committee, the New York State Optometric Association, and the Nassau County Optometric Association. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and running. She has traveled to 31 out of the 50 states and completed the Philadelphia half marathon in November, 2012.
